Introduction

I see therapy as a collaborative journey, and I'm honored to walk alongside my clients as a fellow traveler rather than an expert dispensing advice. I work with children, teenagers, young adults, adults, and elders across a wide range of concerns—from anxiety and depression to trauma, PTSD, attachment challenges, parenting struggles, and existential questions. My toolkit is diverse: I draw on person-centered and strength-based approaches, trauma-focused work including EMDR, CBT, DBT, Internal Family Systems, and other evidence-based methods tailored to what each person needs. Whether you're navigating burnout, processing difficult life transitions, building coping skills, or healing from past wounds, I meet you where you are. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions to fit your life. My current caseload is full, but I encourage you to reach out—I may have openings or can offer referrals to trusted colleagues.
