You may be successful, capable, and the person others rely on, while privately feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply unsure of what comes next. Maybe you’re navigating a major life transition, carrying the impact of trauma or loss, struggling with relationships, or realizing that the way you’ve been living no longer works for you. I work with adults who want a space to slow down, understand what they are carrying, and figure out what they want their lives to look and feel like moving forward. Therapy with me is warm, direct, and deeply human. We will laugh when there is room for laughter, sit with the hard things when we need to, and work together toward meaningful change. I’m Dr. Lisa Martin, a licensed clinical psychologist with more than 15 years of experience helping people navigate trauma, grief and loss, chronic stress, identity, relationships, and significant life and career transitions. My approach combines evidence-based psychological strategies with curiosity, compassion, and practical tools you can actually use outside of therapy. I believe therapy should help you understand yourself more deeply, but it should also help you do something with that understanding: build new skills, reclaim parts of yourself that may have gotten lost along the way, and intentionally create a life that feels more like your own.
