Introduction

The goal in my work is in helping people navigate life’s difficulties, make changes that feel meaningful and develop greater confidence, resilience and clarity. Many people want to better understand what they’re experiencing and why certain feelings, thoughts or ways of relating keep repeating. We can explore how your struggles have developed, including the broader systems that influence our lives, while finding ways to change patterns in how you feel, think and behave. I work with concerns including trauma (C/PTSD), depression, relationships, loss, dissociation, stress, neurodivergence and complex or overlapping difficulties. My approach combines depth-oriented therapy with practical methods. I also use mind-body approaches when they seem helpful. I currently have openings for new clients and offer both in-person and telehealth sessions. Please feel free to contact me, even if you’re not sure about starting treatment yet but have questions you’d like to ask.
