Introduction

Trauma can deeply shape our lives, sometimes leaving us feeling disconnected—from ourselves, from others, and from a sense of safety or meaning. our nervous systems adapt in powerful ways to help us survive overwhelming experiences. These adaptations, while protective at the time become limiting. I work with adults and teens (17+) ready to explore and recalibrate these responses through a holistic, trauma-focused lens who are navigating anxiety, depression, complex trauma, ADHD, shame, relational issues, or third culture experiences. Together, we build self-trust, clarity, and confidence toward a more connected, authentic life. Using the triphasic model of recovery, we will focus on building safety and resilience, exploring and processing painful experiences, and creating a life with meaning and purpose. I work relationally and experientially, drawing from AEDP, IFS, Gestalt, somatic and polyvagal practices, and EMDR, incorporating behavioral interweaves. This is a big step. I'm honored you are considering me to walk alongside you on your healing path in gaining a greater sense of confidence, joy, and personal freedom. I offer individual therapy for adults and teens 17+.
