I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience supporting adolescents and adults through life’s challenges. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, or major life transitions, I offer a warm, nonjudgemental space where healing and growth can take root. My approach is collaborative, and goal focused. I believe therapy should be practical and personalized – providing support as well as strategies you can use in your daily life. I draw from a wide range of evidence-based methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution focused techniques, and a strong foundation in patient-centered care. Together, we’ll work to clarify your goals, build resilience, and help you move forward with greater confidence and self-awareness. I offer in-person, telehealth, and walk and talk therapy, depending on what works best for you. Walk and talk sessions take place outdoors and bring calming benefits of movement and nature into the therapeutic process. Many clients find that walking side by side helps them feel more at ease and opens new ways of processing thoughts and emotions. No matter the setting, I’m here to support you in finding relief, building resilience, and creating a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling. You don’t have to face things alone – I’m here to help you take the next step.
