I believe inner work has the power to transform our lives and relationships. Therapy is a place to slow down and, with support, face the painful or stuck places in life. In doing so, we can feel more rooted in ourselves, more connected in our relationships, and more at ease in our bodies. I work with individuals and couples navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, trauma, grief, and complex family or relationship dynamics. I have a particular interest in supporting those who struggle with perfectionism, over-functioning, burnout, codependency, and boundary challenges. I also work with clients around religious trauma, complex chronic illness, and struggles related to family planning and infertility. My approach is integrative and rooted in the understanding that mental health is deeply connected to the body. I often incorporate somatic practices that support nervous system regulation. My clinical foundation is in trauma-informed, attachment-based, and psychodynamic therapies, and I also draw from training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Clients who resonate most with my approach are often seeking to understand the deeper roots beneath their current struggles through both emotional experience and insight. My intention as a therapist is to listen carefully and bring warmth, curiosity, and perspective. I consider it a privilege when someone allows me to be part of this process.
