Hello, my name is Lissette Bautista! I am a Spanish-English bilingual counselor dedicated to creating a safe, affirming, and supportive space for clients from diverse backgrounds. I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have experience working with adolescents, adults, and survivors of sexual and interpersonal trauma. My approach is rooted in Person-Centered Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while incorporating multicultural, feminist, LGBTQ+, and neurodiversity-affirming perspectives to meet each client’s unique needs. I am especially passionate about supporting late-diagnosed autistic women and other neurodivergent adults as they navigate identity, unmasking, burnout, and self-acceptance. My goal is to provide neurodiversity-affirming care that helps clients better understand themselves, build on their strengths, and support their well-being. I strive to help clients cultivate a life that feels authentic and meaningful.
