Introduction
My goal is to work collaboratively with you to ease the universal experience of suffering, and help you discover a sense of purpose, belonging, and connection in your life. I do this through a therapeutic approach that integrates Internal Family Systems and Attachment theory. I am also trained in EMDR, a specific therapy for reprocessing trauma. I work especially with adults looking to better understand how their upbringing is affecting their current relationships; people pleasers and perfectionists; and trauma and abuse survivors. My training began in 2015 in Charlotte, NC. I hold dual licensure in Georgia and North Carolina, which allows me to work with clients in both states. I see clients in person at my office in Decatur, GA.
