I believe therapy works best when people feel seen, accepted, and safe enough to show up as they are. My goal is to create a space where clients can explore life’s challenges without judgment while building on their existing strengths. My approach is grounded in attachment theory, trauma-informed care, and somatic practices. As a trained play therapist, I have experience supporting young children and caregivers with emotional regulation, trauma, anxiety, behavioral challenges, and relationships. I also enjoy working with adolescents, adults, and LGBTQIA+ clients. I believe behavior is communication and healing happens through connection. As a bisexual therapist, I’m passionate about providing affirming care where clients can safely explore identity, relationships, and belonging. I practice with cultural humility and recognize how our families, communities, and experiences shape who we are. Outside of therapy, I enjoy hiking, cooking, museums, and board game nights. I’m also an unapologetic reality TV fan! My curiosity about people and their stories is what drew me to this work.
