Introduction

Hi, I'm a graduate art therapy intern at the School of Visual Arts, and I work with adults navigating emotional dysregulation, trauma, substance use, and the complex intersections of identity and belonging. My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, drawing on art therapy, psychodynamic work, and cognitive behavioral techniques grounded in the belief that creativity can help us access parts of ourselves that may be difficult to reach through words alone. I create an affirming space to help you reconnect with your own wisdom and agency at your own pace. Art experience is never required; you choose whether and how you would like to incorporate creative practices into therapy. I work under the supervision of Juanita Viera, LCAT, and I'm currently accepting new clients for individual sessions, offered in-person or virtually at an accessible rate.
