Relationships can be one of the greatest sources of joy in our lives—and also one of the places where we feel the most hurt, misunderstood, or alone. Whether you're navigating conflict with a partner, feeling overwhelmed by parenting, struggling with anxiety, or trying to better understand yourself, therapy can offer a place to slow down, reconnect, and find a new way forward. My path into this work began as an educator and academic/ADHD coach, where I saw how deeply relationships, emotions, and nervous system regulation affect every part of our lives. That experience led me to become a therapist, and today I specialize in helping people strengthen their relationships with themselves and the people they love. I work with adults and couples experiencing challenges such as communication difficulties, attachment wounds, anxiety, depression, life transitions, parenting stress, trauma, and relationship conflict. I have a special passion for supporting neurodivergent people (including ADHD and autism), highly sensitive people, LGBTQ+ clients, and couples navigating the unique strengths and challenges that neurodivergence can bring to relationships. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), parts work (IFS/IFIO-informed), somatic awareness, and relational therapy. Rather than focusing on what's "wrong" with you, we'll work together to understand the patterns that have helped you survive, build compassion for those parts of yourself, and create lasting change that feels authentic and sustainable. I believe meaningful healing happens in the context of safe relationships. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel genuinely understood, supported, and empowered to create the life and relationships you want. I look forward to meeting you!
