Introduction

I believe that feeling truly heard and understood is foundational to healing. As a licensed professional counselor and board-certified music therapist, I work with individuals across the lifespan—from children through elders—helping them navigate life stressors, change, neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and more. What sets my practice apart is my flexible, eclectic approach: I draw from humanistic and person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral techniques, somatic work, and other modalities to meet each person where they are. I also integrate music therapy when it feels right, offering a creative pathway alongside traditional talk therapy. Whether you're processing a difficult experience, managing overwhelming emotions, or working toward meaningful change, I'm committed to creating a respectful, collaborative space where your voice matters. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions and accept a wide range of insurance plans. I'm currently accepting new clients and would welcome the opportunity to support you on your journey.
