Introduction

Are you currently experiencing uncomfortable feelings or trying to find your voice? Having trouble coping with life transitions? Trying to reconnect with a partner but feeling stuck/unsure? Fearful of the future or unknown? I can help. As a licensed Clinical Psychologist (in Hawaii & Alaska) & Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) I am currently accepting clients interested in utilizing a Telehealth platform. My M.A. from Hazelden Graduate School and Psy.D. from HSPP allows me to effectively help those with challenges like substance use/abuse, complex trauma, depression, anxiety, incarceration/reintegration, relationship concerns, mortality awareness, work-related stressors, post-traumatic stress, spirituality, domestic violence, challenges, & identity development. I utilize culturally inclusive transpersonal, person-centered, and cognitive behavioral strength-based therapy modalities to enact meaningful change. If this sounds like a good fit, reach out so we can work toward your goals together. Email or call me today to set up a free 15 min. consultation and begin your journey of healing.
