Introduction

Liz Freeze, LCSW, RPT, provides a warm, supportive space where clients can feel understood, work through difficult experiences, and develop healthier ways of navigating life’s challenges. Liz works with children, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship concerns, emotional difficulties, and life transitions. She especially enjoys working with teens and adults and values building a genuine therapeutic relationship where clients feel comfortable being themselves while working toward meaningful change. Liz brings extensive experience in trauma-informed care and is currently completing certification in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She is also a Registered Play Therapist (RPT) with specialized expertise in working with young children and caregivers and is trained in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP). Whether working with a teen, an adult navigating a difficult season, or a parent and child who need support together, Liz brings warmth, authenticity, and compassion to the therapy process.
