Introduction

My highest priority is to provide my clients with a compassionate, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment to explore and navigate life’s challenges. While deciding to seek counseling can be an intimidating and daunting experience, it can an also be a courageous and pivotal first step towards healing. As someone who is dedicated to personal growth and emotional well-being, I provide support to children, adults, and families facing a diverse range of challenges, including trauma and attachment, stress and anxiety, eating disorders, depression, grief and loss, LGBTQ issues, parenting, and relationship dynamics. I recognize the profound impact that early and adverse life experiences may have had on your life. However, confronting these wounds alone can feel overwhelming. Grounded in my expertise in trauma and attachment, I am here to accompany you on this journey towards healing and self-discovery. By helping you to explore your inner world with curiosity and compassion, my hope is to empower you to uncover the root of your struggles while nurturing your innate capacity for healing and growth. While I draw from various approaches tailored to meet your needs, my style primarily incorporates psychodynamic therapy, Internal Family Systems, attachment theory, and play therapy.
