We start with learning to feel safe in the body again using the interventions that feel the most relevant such as the Safe and Sound Protocol, neurofeedback, breath/meditation and more to help your nervous system learn it doesn't have to work so hard. Once there's more ground under you, we look futher - at the patterns, relationships, and stories that shaped how you move through the world.
