Introduction

Maybe chronic stress or anxiety has your nervous system stuck on high alert, so that even when life is relatively stable, you don't actually feel that way. Maybe past trauma shows up now as hypervigilance, chronic tension, irritability, insomnia, or shutting down. Maybe you're managing burnout, depression, rocky relationships, or patterns you just can't seem to shake. You want more than just an assortment of coping strategies to get by. You're tired of merely surviving and you're ready to actually feel different. I help people get out of survival mode. We start with learning to feel safe in the body again using the interventions that feel the most relevant such as the Safe and Sound Protocol, neurofeedback, breath/meditation and more to help your nervous system learn it doesn't have to work so hard. Once there's more ground under you, we look futher - at the patterns, relationships, and stories that shaped how you move through the world. Our work together isn't about fixing what's "wrong" with you. It's about understanding how you've adapted and finding out what's possible when you're not just surviving. You’re the expert on your own life - I’m here as a supporter, guide and collaborator. We explore what's important to you at your own pace. Reach out when you’re ready.
