Introduction

Hi! I'm Liz, a Marriage and Family Therapy Intern. I take a collaborative approach to therapy, meaning I see you as the expert in your own life and believe that we can work together to better understand what you're experiencing and what you want for yourself and for your relationships. I value creating a therapeutic space where you can feel safe, heard, and comfortable sharing what you are feeling without fear of judgement. Whether you're navigating challenges individually, within a relationship, or as a family, my goal is to meet you where you are and work alongside you at a pace that feels comfortable. I have a specialization in Child and Adolescent Family Therapy and enjoy working with children, adolescents, families, couples, and individuals. I believe that every person and family has their own unique experiences, strengths, and ways of relating, and I strive to create a space where those experiences can be explored openly and respectfully. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, so my hope is that our work together can feel like a place where you don't have to have everything figured out before you walk through the door. We can start wherever you are and figure out the next steps together.
