Introduction

50% off first session for new clients. Hello, I’m Liza. I provide Individual, Couples and Family Therapy in Washington & Oregon. I also provide Focused Therapy Modules, which are short-term therapy services centering around more specific topics such as ADHD, Anxiety, Perimenopause & Menopause, Nervous System Support, Navigating Transitions, and Body Awareness. To learn more, schedule a Free Initial Consultation where we will address your questions and talk about what you are hoping to get out of therapy. All first sessions are 50% off so that clients can have a reduced-fee opportunity to assess whether working together feels right. I specialize in ADHD, Anxiety, Grief, Depression, and Women’s Health (hormone-related challenges). Our work will be uniquely tailored to your interests, needs and current circumstance. Together we will support your innate ability to handle challenges in a manageable way and explore practical tools and strategies to interrupt negative internal narratives. Many clients experience constructive shifts in perspective, paving the way for improvements in mood & communication, increased self-awareness, symptom reduction, and greater connection to meaning. For more information about me, services I offer, payment options, FAQ, and a HIPAA-secure contact form, check out my website. I look forward to speaking with you.
