Becoming a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist is my second career act in life. Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked in Bay Area tech finance for 20 years, and struggled with my own burnout and mental health issues. I was drawn to do this work because I experienced, first hand, how transformative and healing it can be. My practice is built on the belief that meaningful change is possible — and that the therapeutic relationship itself is one of the most powerful tools for healing. My areas of practice include burnout, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, and trauma. My approach is integrative and intuitive because I find that therapy is not one size fits all. I can help you learn to listen to and trust your own voice. We will work together to uncover the unconscious patterns that may work against you. We will definitely laugh together and may even cry together. Let me hold whatever is weighing you down right now. I've got you.
