Introduction

I’m Liza White, LMHC, a licensed mental health counselor providing telehealth therapy to clients in Florida and Washington. I work with preteens, adolescents, and adults ages 10 and older who may be struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, burnout, relationship difficulties, emotional regulation, self-esteem, or major life transitions. My approach is trauma-informed, practical, and collaborative. Therapy is not just about talking about what happened—it is about understanding the patterns that developed from your experiences and learning how to respond differently moving forward. I help clients connect the dots between past experiences, present-day emotions, relationships, behaviors, and the way they see themselves. I believe therapy should feel human. You can expect a supportive space where you can be honest, ask questions, challenge old patterns, and build practical skills you can use outside of sessions. My goal is to help you develop greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, confidence, healthier relationships, and a life that feels more aligned with who you are. I provide online therapy for clients located in Florida and Washington State and am currently accepting new clients.
