Introduction

I work with Latinx first-gen adult women who are struggling with breaking out of unhealthy family patterns that may cause anxiety and depression. I very carefully and safely help women process traumas that are impacting current relationships and daily life. My work often centers around navigating complex family dynamics, healing from generational wounds, and building healthier boundaries. Together, we explore challenges related to relationships, life transitions, and self-esteem, creating space for personal growth, emotional clarity, and a stronger sense of identity.
