Introduction

I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine partnership. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who meets clients with curiosity, honesty, and respect—never judgment. Whether you're working through trauma, navigating relationship challenges, processing grief, managing anxiety, or facing a major life transition, I'm here to help you understand yourself more deeply and move past what's been holding you back. I specialize in trauma-informed care and draw from multiple evidence-based approaches including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic work, and mindfulness-based techniques. I work with individuals and couples across all adult ages, and I'm particularly experienced supporting women through prenatal and postpartum transitions, racial identity questions, and recovery from abuse. You don't need to have the right words or a perfect starting point—we'll figure it out together. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions, accept most major insurance carriers, and am currently accepting new clients.
