Hi! I'm Lizzie Hartland, LPC. I work with older children (10+), teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or caught in patterns they don't understand. Together, we slow things down, make sense of what's happening beneath the surface, and build practical tools that help you feel more grounded, connected, and confident. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and integrative. I draw from ACT, attachment-based therapy, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and EMDR-informed approaches to tailor therapy to your unique needs. My hope is that throughout therapy, you leave sessions with both greater insight and practical strategies you can use outside the therapy room. I know reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, and taking that first step isn't always easy. My hope is to create a space where you feel safe to be yourself, understood without judgment, and supported as you move toward the life and relationships you want. If that sounds like what you're looking for, I'd love to meet you.
