Hi! I'm Logan, and I'm so glad you're here. I get that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and I know taking that first step isn't always easy. I'm honored you're taking a moment to learn more about me. I officially began my career in the mental health field in 2021 as a Peer Support Specialist, but my passion for helping others started long before then. Since then, I've had the privilege of working in both outpatient mental health and crisis services, supporting individuals through some of life's most difficult moments. I've worked alongside people navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, and other mental health crises, while also serving in leadership roles supporting fellow mental health professionals. One of the greatest lessons my work has taught me is that people are often far more resilient than they realize. My role isn't to have all the answers—it's to help you recognize the strengths you already have, navigate life's challenges, and build a life that feels meaningful to you. I believe therapy should feel like a collaborative conversation rather than something that's "done" to you. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. I take an integrative, person-centered approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based techniques that are tailored to your unique needs, goals, and personality. Whether we're processing past experiences, learning practical coping skills, exploring the mind-body connection through somatic interventions, or navigating a difficult season of life, we'll work together to find an approach that feels right for you. You may also have the chance to meet my two Australian Shepherd office dogs, Debbie and Dolly, who love greeting clients and offering a little extra comfort, companionship, and the occasional wagging tiny Aussie tail during sessions. If you're ready to begin your journey—or simply wondering if we'd be a good fit—I would love the opportunity to connect. Therapy isn't about having everything figured out before you walk through the door; it's about finding someone who will meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you grow. P.S. Therapy is serious—but we don't have to take ourselves too seriously all the time. I believe healing can include laughter, celebrating the little wins, and even the occasional meme. If you're looking for a therapist who values authenticity, isn't afraid to laugh with you, and probably understands your internet references, I'd love to meet you.
