I support my clients by helping to build skills and tools to help with anxiety, depression, ADHD, as well as generational/past trauma and everyday life stressors. I enjoy partnering with clients in doing the emotional work that is often difficult but sometimes necessary to wade through. Most of all, everyone deserves to have a nonjudgemental place where they feel safe and heard. My background is in crisis intervention and working with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mood disorders. I utilize evidenced based practices such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Etc. to help provide tools to help cope and process negative thoughts or behaviors, or simply explore with you what is holding you back.
