The methods I use are chosen to fit you, never the other way around: expressive arts therapy (intermodal work across image, movement, sound, and words), EMDR, and sandtray, woven into depth-oriented talk therapy as our work calls for them. I bring a creative, integrative lens to trauma-informed psychotherapy. A personalized space for healing, identity exploration, and life transitions, supporting emotional insight, embodied healing, and resilience. A place to deepen self-understanding, reconnect with yourself, and move through change with greater clarity. I also work with Jewish clients around identity, belonging, antisemitism, and intergenerational experiences. You don't need a crisis to deserve support, and you don't need to be an artist.
