Many clients come to therapy appearing high-functioning on the outside while carrying significant trauma responses underneath—overthinking, people-pleasing, emotional flooding, shutdown, or persistent self-criticism. These patterns often developed for good reasons in earlier relationships or painful life experiences. In therapy, we work to build steadier regulation, clearer boundaries, and healthier ways of relating—both to others and to yourself. I enjoy helping thoughtful adults understand their patterns, strengthen relationships, and respond with greater clarity and self-efficacy. I’m a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC), Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) with an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My work is attachment-based and trauma-informed, integrating EFT and IFS with EMDR-informed approaches when helpful. Sessions are collaborative, paced for safety, and balance insight with practical tools you can use outside of session. If you’re reflective, curious about your patterns, and ready for meaningful change, we may be a good fit. I offer warm, structured therapy and am often described as deeply validating while also providing timely, compassionate challenge. If you’re ready for growth-oriented work that strengthens relationships and self-trust, I invite you to reach out.
