Introduction

Hi there! A good match client-therapist relationship is SO important, which is why collaboration and connection is my absolute priority with my clients. Together I aim to work with you in learning how to create more emotional, mental, and physiological safety for yourself and within your relationships. As a 1.5-generation Filipino-American child of immigrants, I have lived experience of the challenges that come with navigating different cultures, identities, and family expectations. I intentionally pursued therapy to support and create a space where marginalized individuals can feel welcomed and accepted for just being themselves. I know firsthand how it feels to not have your own safe spaces of belonging. I specialize in working with BIPOC, AAPI/AANHPI, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent immigrants or children of immigrants who are ready to unpack their “Pandora’s box". Through gentle but intentional work,, you'll have a chance to tell your unique story in order to learn why you are the way you are, why you respond to things the way they do, how you can unlearn and re-learn a healthier and safer way to connect with yourself and others, and feel your true feelings (maybe for the first time).
