Introduction

*Please note that on Wednesdays I offer telehealth or in person with ADULTS only at my 3990 Old Town Ave , Suite A207, San Diego, CA. 92110 location* *Para español, desplácese hacia abajo* With over 25 years of clinical experience, I bring a compassionate, grounded, and highly personalized approach to psychotherapy. My work is rooted in an eclectic therapeutic framework, drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities and thoughtfully tailoring treatment to each client's unique needs, goals, and life experiences. I am EMDR trained. I place strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship, believing that a safe, collaborative, and trusting connection is the foundation for meaningful and lasting change. Whether you are navigating anxiety, life transitions, trauma, or relationship concerns, I strive to meet you where you are and support your growth with respect, insight, and care. I am bicultural and bilingual in Spanish. I create a therapeutic space where your cultural identity is understood, respected, and integrated into our work together. WORKING WITH YOUNG CHILDREN: As a Registered Play Therapist, I use developmentally appropriate, evidence-based play therapy approaches to help children express emotions, build coping skills, and work through challenges in a safe and supportive environment. I believe healing happens best within strong relationships, so I place great importance on creating a warm, trusting therapeutic connection with each child while also partnering closely with parents and caregivers. By collaborating with families, I help parents better understand their child's needs and develop practical tools to support growth, resilience, and emotional well-being both in and outside of therapy. I hold a Certificate in Mindfulness for Children and Teens.
