Hi, I’m Lorena Rodas, a bilingual licensed professional counselor. I work with children, teens, adults, and families who are navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, high sensitivity, and other emotional challenges. I use solution-focused strategies, mindfulness, and animal-assisted play therapy to create a safe space where clients can feel heard, build coping skills, and make meaningful progress in their lives.
