Introduction

I'm Lorena, a counselor offering both in-person therapy in Houston and online services in Texas. I support individuals and families during challenges such as anxiety, life changes, depression, grief, ADHD, parenting difficulties, and complex family dynamics. My approach is empathetic yet straightforward. Originally from Argentina, I have experience teaching at the university level, as well as providing care in hospitals and private practice. I have also worked with survivors of domestic violence. I prioritize cultural sensitivity and respect for each person's story.
