Intrusive thoughts. Mental rituals. Constant “what ifs.” OCD can be exhausting and often misunderstood. Anxiety can shrink your world. Depression can quietly disconnect you from who you used to be. I work primarily with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety disorders, OCD, depression, agoraphobia, grief, and relationship stress. I feel especially connected to young men, BIPOC clients, neurodivergent individuals, LGBTQ+ clients, and first-generation cycle breakers - while welcoming all identities. OCD is a clinical focus of mine. I’ve completed specialized training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard treatment for OCD. ERP isn’t about “just ignoring it." It’s about gradually retraining your brain so intrusive thoughts lose their power. Together, we build tolerance, confidence, and freedom from compulsive cycles. As a former middle school wrestling coach, I understand the pressure and identity shifts that often show up in adolescence. My approach is calm, steady, and collaborative. I blend ACT, CBT, DBT, and interpersonal work to help you manage difficult thoughts and move toward what actually matters to you. You don’t have to fight your brain alone.
