Introduction

I've spent over three decades in mental health and more than fourteen years in clinical practice, and I've learned that meaningful change often begins with a genuine conversation. I work with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan—from young adults navigating early adulthood through elders facing life's later chapters. My approach draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) combined with specialized training in the Gottman Method for couples work and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for trauma processing. Whether you're managing anxiety, depression, grief, relationship conflict, or the aftermath of trauma, I tailor my methods to meet you where you are. I'm also deeply committed to supporting the LGBTQIA+ community and those navigating major life transitions. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions and am currently accepting new clients. You don’t have to do it alone. I am here to listen. Are you ready to start a conversation?
