Introduction

Hi, I'm Lori. I listen to inner children. I trust the body. I honor ancestral wisdom. Children adapt in remarkable ways to survive overwhelming experiences. Sometimes we grow up and are even more resourceful, yet we keep out-dated survival strategies. We don’t know how else to operate when stressed. Sometimes this is our inner child who is stuck back in time and can’t go forward alone. They truly need someone. We can embark on the dearest journey of a lifetime where we go to them. We create the conditions of safety they need. We listen to them. We respond to them and are so delighted that they exist. We participate in safe enough villages to sustain our ability to reparent our inner littles. We can provide so well for them that they no longer need their old survival strategies so much and they come alive into their true selves. This revolutionary journey frees our adult selves to feel more safe, playful and whole. Our adult selves can then become more available for the lives we want to live. We become the "tool" that helps us flourish in our families, work, passions, relationships, community, spiritual lives and more. So for some of us, our ability to sustain living the life we want starts with listening to our inner littles. Trusting our bodies. And accessing and honoring our ancestral wisdom. And for some of us, we don’t know where to start or how to sustain the reparenting practice. We might need someone to meet us where we are and navigate together. I may be that person for you. I would love to hear from you. Warmly, Lori
