You push through only to burn out. A different way feels out of reach. When you slow down, it doesn’t feel restful. Your thoughts race. Your feelings feel like too much. So you stay busy, reaching for a sense of aliveness through accomplishing, eating, buying. You're so used to being what others & life need you to be that you've lost touch with the parts of you that need you. You may know how to get things done, but not how to feel at home within yourself. Part of you longs to stop living from pressure and start feeling more connected to what you need and want. Maybe you’re ready to stop trying so hard and find your way back to you. Therapy with me is a way to gently move toward more sustainable ease within. We’ll move with care, staying attuned to what feels manageable for you. We may talk or listen inward. Through Intentional Presence, I offer a virtual, body-based way of letting your body process and settle more deeply. There’s nothing about it that asks you to try. You may wonder, “What if getting help becomes another thing I have to work hard at?” It doesn’t have to. Here, you don’t have to work to receive care and presence. When you’re given space to simply be, your body can begin to settle, creating room for recovery and restoring your natural capacity for ease. If you’re feeling ready, I’d love to hear from you.
