I'm a mental health clinician dedicated to helping individuals and couples navigate life's most challenging moments—whether that's managing anxiety and depression, processing trauma, facing a major life transition, or working through relationship questions. I work with teenagers, young adults, adults, and elders, tailoring my approach to each person's unique needs and circumstances. My toolkit includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), and family/marital therapy techniques. I've supported people through grief, infertility, career transitions, caregiver stress, eating disorders, ADD/ADHD, and divorce—among many other struggles. I offer both individual and couples sessions in flexible formats: in-person appointments or telehealth, whatever works best for you. I'm currently accepting new clients and would welcome the opportunity to work with you. You can find additional information about my practice on Psychology Today or at www.cumberlandcounseling.org.
