I am passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families who want to understand and move beyond emotional or relational patterns that no longer serve them. Many of the clients I work with are navigating the impact of trauma, attachment injuries, family-of-origin dynamics, or cultural and identity-related stressors. They are seeking understanding, relief, and meaningful change. Often, their goals are to improve relationships, strengthen their sense of self, and live with greater clarity, connection, and intention. My work is grounded in trauma-informed, attachment-based frameworks and relational and systemic perspectives. I focus on understanding how past experiences and relationships shape present challenges. I support clients in processing difficult experiences, reducing emotional distress, and developing more integrated and compassionate beliefs about themselves. Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when you’ve been carrying so much on your own. You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. If you’re looking for a thoughtful, supportive space to explore what’s been weighing on you and move toward meaningful change, I would welcome the opportunity to work together.
