I am a clinical mental health counselor dedicated to helping clients overcome life’s most overwhelming challenges. I offer treatment for all mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, OCD, and relationship issues. As a Master Practitioner in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), I specialize in rapid trauma healing that creates lasting relief without requiring clients to relive painful memories. I also have advanced training in neurodiversity, including ADHD, autism, executive functioning, and sensory regulation.
