Hi, I’m Lorraine! I am a graduate from Liberty University with a master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling. I believe therapy is most effective when it is collaborative and empowering. My approach is grounded in Narrative Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), where I support clients in guiding their own healing through discovering solutions that align with their unique lives. I have experience working with children, teens, and adults through trauma-informed care, grief counseling, and evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, child-centered play therapy, and mindfulness. I also have a strong background in supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and ASD. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and capable of growth. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey of healing and self-discovery. When I’m not in session, you can usually find me with my dogs, at the gym, or diving into a good book or new topic that sparks my curiosity.
