My name is Dr. Lorraine Zwingel, and I am a licensed professional clinical counselor with several years of experience working with youth and young adults across school-based, clinical, and community settings. I have extensive experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, school avoidance, identity development, and life transitions. My work frequently involves collaboration with educators, school counselors, administrators, and families to support student engagement, safety, and overall functioning. Prior to this role, I spent 15 years as a school counselor. I also serve as an adjunct faculty member in graduate-level counseling programs, where I teach and supervise future counselors as well as an active board member for the North Dakota Domestic Violence Coalition.
