Many people who come to therapy are thoughtful, capable, and quietly carrying more than others realize. I’m Lorrie, and I work with adults and older teens navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity, and self-worth. I’m especially interested in how early relationships shape our self-image, trust, and connection with others. I also support people with ADHD or on the autism spectrum who may have spent years masking or feeling misunderstood. My approach is warm, curious, and unhurried. Grounded in person-centered care, I draw on CBT tools and trauma-focused work when helpful, always moving at a pace that feels manageable. I’m completing graduate training in clinical mental health counseling and began my supervised internship in June 2026.
