Lou Ann welcomes clients of all identities and lived experiences. She is committed to creating an inclusive, respectful environment that is accessible to all. "Beginning therapy is a meaningful step, and feeling safe and supported matters. For this reason, I require an initial consultation before starting the therapeutic experience. This allows us to gently explore your needs, discuss my approach, and ensure that I am well-suited to support you—while also giving you a sense of whether this feels like the right place to begin."
