My greatest success comes from working with individuals who are ready to navigate the complexities of unpredictable relationships, heal the persistent wounds inflicted by their inner critic, restore their internal harmony, and recover from the profound impacts of spiritual abuse. Together, we embark on a journey toward self-awareness and empowerment, fostering resilience and authentic healing. I am a certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist dedicated to helping you achieve inner balance and self-awareness. In addition to IFS, I incorporate Mindfulness meditation and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) into my practice to provide a holistic approach to your well-being. Licensed to practice in Nebraska, Kansas, and Missouri, I offer in-person therapy sessions in Lincoln, NE, as well as convenient online sessions accessible across all three states.
