I offer affirming therapy for adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, identity concerns, and trauma. Many of the people I work with feel emotionally distant — from themselves, from others, or from the life they thought they’d be living. Our work focuses on making sense of those patterns — not just coping better, but understanding what’s happening beneath the surface. My approach is consistent, direct, and depth-oriented. I use psychodynamic therapy, emotionally focused work, and DBT strategies to explore how you relate to yourself and to others. Alongside individual therapy, I also provide support for parents and families, helping them navigate challenges and strengthen connections during difficult times. Over time, therapy can help you feel more internally aligned, emotionally present, and in clearer contact with who you are and how you want to move through the world.
