I believe therapy should help you make choices that reflect who you truly are, not just who you’ve had to be to get by. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and challenges related to sex, identity, and connection. Much of my work has focused on serving LGBTQ+ clients and communities. I pay close attention to how family, culture, and life experience shape the way we see ourselves and how we heal. My approach is flexible and guided by what works best for you. I draw from cognitive-behavioral methods like ACT, CBT, and DBT, as well as psychodynamic, relational, and existential perspectives.
