I work with adults who want more than symptom relief. They want to feel grounded, capable, and aligned with who they are becoming. Clients come for support with anxiety, stress, self-doubt, identity questions, relational challenges, and the pressures of navigating adulthood in a complex world. I help people reduce distress, gain clarity about what is shaping their inner experience and choices, and move toward lives guided by intention, values, and self-trust. I have specialized experience working with anxiety-related conditions, including OCD. For clients struggling with intrusive thoughts, doubt loops, compulsions, or avoidance, I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and cognitive-behavioral strategies. These approaches are always adapted to the individual and not applied rigidly. Many clients come feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of their next steps. Together, we clarify the patterns beneath these experiences while also developing practical, evidence-based strategies so that change feels both meaningful and sustainable. Clients describe me as warm, attuned, and collaborative. I focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship in a safe, supportive space that balances openness with structure. I provide telehealth therapy for adults across Oregon, supporting growth, confidence, and a more fulfilling path forward.
