If you're a perfectionist, hard on yourself, set the bar high and often find yourself disappointed, and/or have trouble turning your brain off and truly relaxing, we're probably a great fit to work together! My approach is holistic and collaborative. Together, we’ll look at the many buckets of your life—emotional, cognitive, physical, social, relationship history, and more —to identify where things might be feeling off and where you can move forward in a new, sustainable direction. You don't need to know exactly where you're going to take steps to feel better (although your inner perfectionist may disagree!). I work with people navigating major life transitions and stress, relationship challenges (through individual therapy or couples counseling), self-esteem issues, anxiety, and ADHD/focus issues. I also work with couples who want to deepen their connection or navigate stressors.
