When anxiety, life transitions, or cultural expectations leave you feeling disconnected from yourself, therapy can offer space to pause and reflect. I work with individuals, couples, and families seeking to break unhealthy patterns, build self-esteem, and heal generational wounds with care, curiosity, and compassion. Together, we explore anxiety, self‑esteem, identity, and long‑standing patterns shaped by life experiences and cultural context. My approach is relational, trauma‑informed, and culturally attuned. We work collaboratively to understand patterns, strengthen self‑trust, and support meaningful change—at a pace that feels respectful and safe. I currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance (Premera, Lifewise, Regence) and First Choice Health. For all other insurances, you may have out-of-network benefits, which means that insurance will reimburse you for a portion of our session cost. I provide super bills which you can submit to the insurance company and get reimbursement depending on your Individual plan.
