Introduction

I became a psychologist because of a deep curiosity about people—the experiences, relationships, and circumstances that shape who we are and how we move through the world. I believe psychotherapy offers a unique opportunity to slow down, better understand ourselves, and explore patterns that may be difficult to recognize or change on our own. I work primarily from psychodynamic, attachment-informed, and trauma-focused perspectives, with an emphasis on insight, emotional processing, and the therapeutic relationship. I work with adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. I also have experience in health psychology, including working with individuals navigating chronic illness, disability, chronic pain, and insomnia. Above all, I believe meaningful therapy develops through a genuine, collaborative relationship. I strive to bring warmth, curiosity, authenticity, and respect into the therapy room while creating space for both acceptance and change. Rather than telling you who you are or what you should do, my hope is to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself, your relationships, and what matters to you so that you can move through life with greater freedom, connection, and intention.
