I’m a Psychiatry Physician Assistant and the founder of Clarity ADHD, a telehealth-based practice serving adults in Washington. My work focuses on evidence-based adult ADHD evaluation, medication management, and follow-up care, with additional experience supporting patients navigating anxiety, depression, and executive-function challenges. I started Clarity ADHD because I saw how often adults with ADHD — especially those diagnosed later in life — felt dismissed, rushed, or misunderstood in the diagnostic and treatment process. Many people arrive after years of compensating, second-guessing themselves, or wondering why traditional strategies have not worked. My goal is to provide care that is thoughtful, validating, and clinically grounded. My approach to diagnosis is comprehensive and collaborative. I take time to understand each person’s history, symptoms, functioning, strengths, and goals, while also considering other factors that can overlap with ADHD, such as anxiety, depression, sleep concerns, trauma, substance use, and life stress. When appropriate, I incorporate rating scales and objective assessment tools, including QbTest, to support diagnostic clarity. For treatment, I offer individualized medication management with careful follow-up and tracking over time. This may include thoughtful medication trials when needed, monitoring response and side effects, and adjusting treatment based on what works best for each patient’s life, goals, and overall well-being. My hope is that clients leave care feeling more understood, more informed, and more confident in their next steps. Whether you are seeking diagnostic clarity, medication support, or a more structured approach to managing ADHD, Clarity ADHD is designed to provide specialized care that meets you where you are.
